Picking Orders

All open picking orders (created at the IntelliTrack web application) may be picked from the mobile device.

Important: In order to pick items in IntelliTrack Mobile, the logged-in user must have edit access to the Picking Order feature; for more information about system features, see " System Features".

Note: Order preference settings facilitate the pick order process by setting a default pick quantity; see "User Preferences".

When an item is picked, it is removed from inventory.

To pick an item from a picking order, your user role must have "edit" access to the Picking Order role. Picking an order in IntelliTrack Mobile is comprised of two main parts: selecting an order and picking the items in it.

1. From the Main form, tap the Orders button.

2. The Orders menu appears.

3. Select Picking.
4. The Picking form appears. The Header tab is to the front.

5. Enter or scan the order number directly into the Order No. field to pick this order; or select an order to pick from the Select Order form (see "Selecting a Picking Order").
